Staff can be a little nicer and speak to us in a better tone, it’s like they train employees to be rude for no reason. I’m always laughing and trying to make peoples day, they kept speaking over me when I was just asking

The room was uninhabitable- the shower wasn’t working - the toilet was not flushing- the stove was missing knobs - the floor smelled like urine - I had to checkout early - I paid a $10 a day fee and was told it was not refundable- it’s not a pet deposit - very very run down - several people were also complaining about things not working
