Authentique et insolite. En revanche, il n'y a pas de linge de lit prevu pour lit d'appoint et manque de couverture en plus car froid la nuit en cette période de l'année. De plus , le gérant est seul donc attente pour livraison du petit dejeuner. Sinon super site autour du grand canyon

Pass and drive back to Kingman
Publié le 6 mars 2023 sur HotelsVisited West Grand Canyon in late afternoon and I was juggling whether to go back to civilization or stay nearby, since the options were very limited, I decided to stay in this glamping site.
I should have drove back to Kingman and rent a proper hotel with water, proper heating and wifi. I almost got stock in the mud in the way up to the site so be aware that if you are not a diligent driver, you'd need a 4x4.
I mean, its okay for 100$ but for 200$ it fells in my scam department.
Staff on site was nice, but the amenities are not worth the money charged.
Also, between the road to the site and West Grand Canyon, you are constantly changing timezone, beware of that when telling the required arrival hour.

Hi Guillaume,We were surprised and disappointed to receive your negative feedback. Although you arrived at 2am, we waited for you along Diamond Bar Road, and escorted you to your wagon. We activated your heating system, and ensured that the temperature inside the wagon was comfortable and snug. Additionally, we ensured that your water and wifi were functioning properly. Please note that we have no control over the amount of mud on the roads due to the storms, but we would have been happy to assist you if you had gotten stuck.We also want to remind you that you received a special discounted rate (lower than what you stated), which was the lowest rate available for members during the off-season. We even allowed you to sleep in until 3pm, with our checkout being 11am, which we consider to be above and beyond our usual level of service.Regarding the time difference, please keep in mind that Arizona is a different time zone for six months out of the year.We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Toni greeted us when we arrived. She was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Trish greeted us at our Tipi and oriented us the the space. The Tipi was very nice and comfortable. It was a cool experience. Staff was great and we had fun "glamping". I would highly recommend !

I absolutely loved the Teepee we were in. It was so roomy and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

We booked a teepee for one night. Communication was excellent. We happened to be the only guests this night in February. Trish gave us a complementary upgrade to a covered wagon. Bed was comfy, coffee was a welcome surprise. We were warm and cozy with the wind blowing outside! She was very friendly and helpful. They are in the process of adding a saloon and restaurant to the property. With helicopter rides, horses ( and other animals) and its close proximity to the Grand Canyon West Rim, this property is an excellent choice!
