First room smelled funny and after checking in after midnight didnt realize the terrible bug problem until the following day. They changed our room and apologized but no discounted anything. The new room was significantly better however one of the drawers in this room was taped shut. Ive stayed at Holiday Inns before but this one is barely better than a hotel that rents by the hour.

when we arrived they had us booked for only one bed . they changed and gave us a room with 2 beds. during the night someone tried to get in. told them in the morning. that night someone knocked and wanted to know who we were as they didn't have one listed for that room and i explained that we were moved and that was okay. the rooms were very clean the breakfast was very good we didn't use the pool but by what we could see it looked very nice over all everything went well we didn't see much as we werevisiting relatives

Everything about this hotel was great. The customer services was on point. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Our child enjoyed the pool with the other residents. The breakfast was a 10+.

Great except for the mold in the bathroom.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean EXCEPT the room had a musty smell which I later learned that the bathroom ceiling and space near bathtub had mold! We alerted Gayle who was the front desk attendant and she stated she would alert maintenance. I stay often in Hilton Express and always have a great experience, this was the only drawback.

The shower drain was stopped up. I have yet to receive my required 50$ deposit. When I attempted to call and question the hold up on the deposit, the service number sends you in a looping call. Everything is automated so no help was given.
