The person at the desk, Amit, remember me and my dog from my last stay in Nov 2023. Very friendly and personable young man. Makes a person feel at home

Check in was very slow. Computer software might be to blame. Our room was ok but the television did not work properly even after we twice had the desk clerk check it out. The telephone and electric clock did not work at all. The hotel seemed understaffed although they were friendly enough. Breakfast was good. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Hotel had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. However, Our room was right near main entrance and laundry and because of these two things was quite noisy. The area is handy for dining and shopping. Front desk Staff Amit was very friendly and checked us in quickly.
