Good location,needs maintenance/cleaning attention

Negatives: - having to pick up the key blocks away first. - broken shower head. - air-conditioner filter was so filthy, it stopped working, had to clean the filter myself (see pics). - broken/missing balcony handle - it doesn't lock! my partner got stuck out on the balcony, this is a hazard! - filthy, unhygienic dish washing sponges, obviously hadn't been changed in months and months. - no face washers supplied. Only 2 towels provided for whole week. - blinds were useless at blocking light pollution. - so much stuff stored in (the only) bedroom wardrobe, impossible to hang clothes (included huge bags of filthy laundry). - a random visit from a guy picking up this laundry - no notice this was going to happen! - pool and spa were absolutely in need of maintenance - tiles falling off the bottom, green algae on the bottom, who knows what the water quality was like. - half the gym equipment was out of order. Priorities to improve on: - property maintenance - fix the shower head, the bedroom door, grout in the bathroom, the balcony sliding door handle. - cleaning - clean the air-conditioner regularly, change the kitchen dish washing sponges REGULARLY. Overall given all the other properties available in the area in this price range, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's obvious from other reviews that these things have needed attention for a while.
