Grand Old Dame
Posted Mar. 12, 2024 on HotelsGiven the age (and history) of the building it was in fairly good condition. Needs some $$$$ spent on it to bring it up speed and that would make it something quite special again. (A grand old lady). It was very quiet and peaceful.
The staff, (all of them) were absolutely amazing (went out of their way to assist) and made it a very pleasant stay for us. Food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

The property is old but well maintained. Rooms are old but very tasteful. Only fault seems to be that walls are paper thin and could hear bathrooms used by other guests . Otherwise everything was lovely

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chateau Yearing Hotel. Beautiful surroundings and enjoyed a magnificent dinner and breakfast.
A short walk to Yearing Station and more wonderful views and wine tasting.

we stayed overnight for our nephews wedding in the Yarra Valley . Our checkin was swift , accommadation fantastic , breakfast amazing and our checkout swift as well . Could not fault anything .
