Property located in a very vibrant Asian community within Melbourne. Lots of Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese restaurants on the same block as hotel. Very convenient METRO outside the Bourke Melbourne Citadine entrance! City views from floor #22 were spectacular. Laundry machines also conveniently located on our floor. Melbourne offers several transportation options including Uber and SkyBus airport shuttle. Convenient but expensive car parking is available on site. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very helpful. Great location to tram, shops, coffee. Lanes, train station an easy walk. Even walking to Lygon st was possible We really loved the location Room was clean. Bed a bit soft though and would heat up at night (like there was an electric blanket on). So sleeps were not great even though we had the air con down to 18. But if you like soft beds then you okay.

For a visitor coming from out of town, it is a great location. Having lived in Melbourne I chose this location due to it and due to it not being too corporate or too far removed from the dining and and entertainment precincts.

We chose Citadines as we needed on-site parking, due to foot injury. However, booking was a nightmare. I needed to call hotel for additional information, I was put through to someone in Asia, probably Manila. The girl was useless, it was a complete waste of time. She finally supposedly put me through to the hotel... wrong information again! I informed Reception on arrival, but will it be fixed???
