Check-in was good. Room 1780 was quiet, as requested and it had a wonderful view of the city, especially the city night lights! It was spacious enough for two. Curtains are automated. The bed was comfortable, for our personal preference. Small mini bar with limited contents. A kettle, but no espresso machine in the room. Robes and slippers provided! 😉 Room service was limited and only until 9.00pm.

It was central to Crown Casino. Disappointing reception was understaffed waited 40 mins to check in. Hoysekeeping vould ve better. No complementary biscuits with coffee like other hotels. Pricey for what you pay for. We had the corner king room view was lovely but nothing more.

Overalls it was a good stay and the staff were lovely at check-in but the heater was stuck on high all night and we were left feeling like we were cooking at 2am and found it really hard to sleep. When we mentioned this at checkout we were met with W response of "oh wow I'm not sure what's happening your the 5th guest to tell us that this morning! Next time call maintenance in the middle of the night" I understand Thai but who wants to deal with calling maintenance at 2am? I was really surprised despite this being a known issue for multiple guests I wanted even offered the water I had consumed from the mini bar complimentary due to the heat

I was refused by management to stay at the facility as i did not have my drivers license or passport. i did however have my APEC card with phot ID which is issued by Department of Immigration and is a valid form of Photo ID however the manager said it was a fake ID and would not accept it. therefore i lost my non refundable two nights accommodation. Pathetic customer service by management of the hotel. i had shown them by booking confirmation but they did not give a hoot. i had heard from others they were turning people away as they had overbooked the hotel Negative 5 rating

Thought parking was included when checked into hotel but had to pay $70 fee for parking, if you drive to the hotel NOT SURE WHERE YOU MEANT TO PARK YOUR CAR IF YOU DONT USE VALET PARKING. had to take out my own bags out of the car and to the room also when we checked out same again.
