The cottage is a cozy, beautiful and quiet place to relax.

It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property.
We had an issue with the lock as the description did not match (I guess the locks had just been updated and I am technically challenged). However Pedro was able to immediately remedy.
It would be helpful if a small dresser were added to the bedroom as the closet does not have a great deal of space and only one shelf. Not an issue if you’re only staying a few days but this was the second segment of our journey and we had two large suitcases so a dresser would have been a nice addition.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and spotless; the outdoor spaces are suitable for a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. Who knew there was a little green oasis in the middle of Melbourne? Thank you to the owner and the manager for a wonderful experience!

Cozy little cottage
Publié le 27 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved this little place! It seemed like our home away from home. It is very cozy and is very nice inside. We wished we would have stayed here for our second week in Florida instead of the giant house we got in Davenport Florida.

The best stocked cottage that we have ever stayed. They thought of everything and a few things I would have never thought of in a rental. Thank you for the coffee kcups, bottle of wine, and snacks. This place is close to our daughter so we will be staying here in the future.

very nice place to stay for a couple

full kitchen, nice living room with plenty of tv choices included and a comfy bed for 2
close to the main drag for shopping and dining out
