Beautiful renovated bathroom thou shower is poorly designed water pours out all over the floor
Nice buffet breakfast
Happy hour 4-6 in lounge bar
Easy to get around and close to everything
If the price is right I would stay again

The elevator was out of order for the entire 5 days when we stayed there. It was a very bad experience! We never want to stay there again !

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Shower was amazing and bed very comfortable.
We had a roll away bed which was also comfortable and the room was spacious even with the extra bed.
We paid a ridiculous price as it was Taylor Swift weekend, that’s my only gripe!

Great staff & location

Plenty of food options and nearby shopping.
Staff greeted us when we arrived and left, everyone was really really lovely to deal with.
The only 2 things we weren't impressed with were that the lock was broken on the inside (as in we couldn't lock the door after entering but the door can't be opened from the outside without a card, so we just let it slide).
Our room weren't cleaned as we had a do not disturb sign on but housekeepers also didn't clear the rubbish that we had left outside as it was too big for the trash can in the room for the 3 days / 2 nights that we were there.
Other than that, they were faultless.
