Nous sommes restés une nuit dans l'hotel avant de prendre l'avion pour la france. Prix correct avec le petit déjeuner. Standard conforme à un Novotel

I enjoyed my stay. It is well priced. The staff were helpful. The only challenge was using the laundry facilities. Some washing machines and/or dryers were out of order. Understanding the operating instructions was not easy. The laundry area needs a good clean up.

I found the reception staff to be a little less than helpful, however I know that they are front line and often get the brunt of people's frustration. I was awoken at 3.30am by the rubbish truck emptying the large blue bins, that was very annoying. One of the rooms I stayed in the bathroom was so small if I was a very large person I would have struggled to get in and move around. (511)

Had to pay a $200 fee when I arrived which was a bond and told the money would be refunded straight away in the morning when I checked out and present presented my card to them then checked out in the morning, gave them my card and was told he can take up to 48 hours to be refunded when he told me that the money goes straight back onto my card straight away as I was a Chuka and my husband has been admitted into the Austin hospital for two weeks has now left me with no money at all and I’m sill waiting not only would I like my holding fee for the bond back ASAP I would like a refund for my accommodation as well. I’ve got photos of the dirty Even here in it still

Very clean hotel. Cheap and hard mattress though. Otherwise a great stay.
