THE SPACE
Resort-style living with a solar-heated pool, a lovely clean spa, stunning outdoor living, and a relaxed stroll to magnificent beaches and foreshore tracks. A perfect choice for short-stay accommodation, set within the privacy of native bushland. It features ducted heating, split system heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, a trampoline, and an outdoor table tennis table, and is pet friendly by prior approval (small pets only).

Rye Beach and Pool house features a Large Screen TV, books, games, Netflix, Foxtel Stan, WIFI, and ducted heating throughout the home. Complete with a full-sized kitchen and cozy lounge area.

This is an ideal short stay for two families to relax and enjoy. This beautiful property provides three bedrooms and one family bathroom with a separate toilet. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a double bed in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom accommodates up to three guests in bunk beds plus an additional single bed. A porta cot is available; some toys are in the third bedroom. The outdoor living is so welcoming you’ll never want to go inside! The wide front veranda overlooks the beautiful solar-heated pool, surrounded by sun lounges and treed privacy. A large trampoline in the front yard and an all-weather table tennis table with bats and balls are provided. Step outside the kitchen and dining room to the expansive rear deck and outdoor living, complete with a BBQ, big lounges, a dining table and a central fire pit to gather around in the evening. The outdoor spa is located near the rear deck and offers a further dimension to the fabulous entertainment. The yard is fully fenced, and there is parking for two cars. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
