Perfect One Nighter

Beautiful for a One Nighter. If you are headed to the Musicals this is a perfect stay... So near either Princess or Her Majesty's theatre. Wonderful brekky spread and friendly service all the way through.

We thought the main restaurant at breakfast was NOWHERE NEAR what we would expect at a Sheraton. Perhaps 1 to 2* level. Looked like the staff just rolled up out of bed without any thought of how they should look. Both the make and female staff were mostly ungroomed in appearance. We ordered boiled eggs for one of us and an omelette for myself. The presentation was zero.

Really good property, great location at the east end of the cbd. We had a very comfortable stay. Only feedback would be the indoor pool water bring very cold. Secondly, having options for firmer bedding and pillows would really improve guest experience. The mattress in the room was sagging and wobbly at best and pillows were just too soft.
