We are located in the quietest part of the CBD. Walking along the docks is relaxing, scenic and safe, with `The District` shopping complex and the city centre a short stroll or tram ride away.
There is a tram stop located immediately opposite the entrance. The building is in the free-tram-zone. If you prefer a stroll, it is a 10 minute walk to Southern Cross Station. You can catch the `SkyBus` directly from Melbourne Airport to Docklands (check their website for details)
There is a lap pool, sauna and gym available in the complex as well as a huge rooftop grassed area to enjoy the view of the docks.

Please be aware that this apartment is located in a residential complex and is not suitable for parties or other noisy activities.
- Noise restriction is from 9:30pm -8am. - No smoking in the apartment - a fine of $550 will be applied by the building management. - Key replacement is $590 (special master key and parking tag) - If you have locked yourself out, key delivery is $150-$185 depending on the time.
We do not accept guests without Airbnb references.
Please Note: A refundable pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card before check-in to cover any potential accidental damage. This is not a charge, and it will be automatically released 5-7 days after check-out if everything is in order. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises including the balcony. If evidence of smoking is found anywhere in the apartment or on the balcony, I agree to pay a $250 penalty fee. - Guests must not make unreasonable noise after 10pm, or whilst in the corridors. - Use of the pool, sauna, gym and common spaces must be respectful of others living in the complex. No excessive noise, mess or inappropriate behaviour is permitted. - Your group will be provided with one key/fob which is needed to enter and exit the unit. We are unable to provide you with an additional key/fob for larger groups. - please do not lose the keys đ- replacements of the key is $550 to replace. Special security key and âfob or tagâ.
Important Note: Please be advised that as this is an Airbnb accommodation, a complimentary starter supply of basic essentials is provided upon arrival.
