We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the view was unmatched. We did get a free upgrade to a corner room on the 19th floor which we are so grateful for. An amazing stay!

The premium corner room was small and the solid furnishing were marked with one draw of TV stand sticking. It was above the main exhaust vent with continual noise During our 3 nights stay, there appeared to be a very brief room service with only a superficial clean

The room was spotless and the staff were all lovely. The day spa was amazing and worth every cent! Great selection of restaurants near by as well. I’d recommend valet parking as it’s cheaper than parking in the Wilson’s Carpark.

Staff were superb and accommodating, the only fault here was at check in we were not given directions so my daughter and I were left to wander a bit, which we didn't mind! Breakfast was nice with a great selection, and our bed was uber comfy! (Pillow menu was never presented). Small things like the vanity mirror in the bathroom had dead batteries and the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if the price point was slightly lower or if they ran specials.
