We made a noise complaint as other guests were having a loud party on their balcony at 3am and the staff at the hotel basically said too bad they paid for their room so they are entitled to party so not great if you’re staying their with a young family

Had an issue with our room not being serviced, two out of the four nights we stayed. When this was raised with staff, still wasn't tended to - not acceptable, especially given the considerable price paid for the stay.

I had great stay… the checkin staff were super lovely and polite.
The room was comfortable, but dated. Furniture was chipped and the was a lack of PowerPoints in the room. I was (unpleasantly) surprised to see a pair of men’s underwear in the bin near the desk that were obviously missed when the room was being cleaned after the last guest…

Lovely property - large twin room was very spacious. Room was a little dusty (I have allergies) and housekeeping a bit hectic. But I did stay during a very busy time.
