The rooms were disgusting. Cockroaches, dust, dirt. No joke. Plumbing didnt work. Shower didnt drain. Toilet didnt flush. Tv didnt work. Pool closed. Cleaning service did little more than pull bedsheets up on bed. Overall it was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Hi Jason.We would have loved to talk to you about your stay as these are serious issues. Unfortunately through a third party, I am not able to see any information so we could go look at this room ourselves to address this and check it out. We want to make sure this is handled at the highest level. If you could let us know what room number you were in.Thanks.
