Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms (with two adjacent full bathrooms). One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two queens. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms (including the master suite with a smart TV), both of which are fitted with one king bed in each. All beds in this home are exceptionally comfy - we equipped this house with only the best and most comfortable design!

Downstairs, the two full bathrooms (with a shower/tub combo in each) can be found next to each bedroom, which are down the hallway from the main living area. Upstairs, you will find the beautiful master ensuite with two sinks and a standalone bathtub & shower. Next to the other bedroom is the last full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Along with the rest of the house, each bathroom has been masterfully renovated to meet the gorgeous, modern aesthetic.

Absolutely stunning, brand new kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of bar seating. With an open concept, you will be able to be part of the entertainment in the rest of the living space while cooking in this massive kitchen! In the evening, you can turn the exterior string lights on to truly relax in this wonderful, private space!

Family Vacation

We travelled to Tennessee to visit some legendary music venues. Our stay in Memphis included tours of Graceland and Sun Records. This fabulous four bedroom and four bathroom home was located within 20 minutes of everything. The private yard was well maintained and the screened in porch was perfect for after dinner relaxation and conversation. The layout of the home is perfect for playing games, watching a movie, or listening to music. The jazz themed decor helps set the tone for the rich musical history in the area.

We came to Memphis from Illinois. First time in Memphis. This property was very nice. Check was easy. Everything was as described. We had a little issue (nothing serious). I reached out to the owner and received immediate response and resolutuon. I will definitely stay again. Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

Horrible no A/C for 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Property owner hung up the phone on me. They called 3 people out to fix it 2 which were not certified and gave them pictures of fixing the wrong unit. Pool is a joke. Doesn’t work. Had a child looking forward to it. Upstairs bathtub can’t use only cold water comes out. Property next to bar or something that party’s at night. Scary neighborhood. Rhodes Families do not book this property.

Minimal Compensation for Unclean House

I have stayed in several vacation homes and I’ve never left this type of review. I gave the owners several opportunities to fairly compensate us for the inconvenience but they didn’t! My family of 7 came to Memphis for a football game. We arrived and the grass wasn’t cut, the “pool” was green, and there was a Jack Daniels and grape soda bottle sitting outside. We walk in and there are piles of towels laying around, unmade beds, and trash in trash cans. I called the manager immediately. She said that the house had to be clean and I kept telling her it wasn’t. She then asked for pictures to be sent. I took and sent pics. She then said she would call the cleaners to come and clean the house. I told her that we had dinner reservations and we needed to shower and get dressed. I asked if they could clean the bathrooms and get us some clean towels and they did. We waited. They left and returned after we were done getting dressed. The manager called me a few times to see when we would be done, like we were taking too long or something! I asked if we would be compensated for the inconvenience and she offered a very minimal amount. It wouldn’t have been enough to buy my guest a drink at dinner. They did allow us to check out at noon because I asked! The cleaners were pleasant and thank the Lord they only lived 10 minutes away. The house is nice but if you inconvenience your paying customers you should be fair with compensation! I wasn’t asking for all our money back, but FAIR compensation!!!!
