We are normally RVers and don’t stay in a lot of hotels. Currently on a road trip and staying in hotels. This was the worst. Sticky floors, smelly hallways, dirty bathroom, not enough luggage carts (only one I ever saw), ice machine not working, indoor pool closed and looking awful. Very nice young lady checked us in. Nice young man serving in the breakfast area next AM. Nice help in a truly sorry and poorly run facility.

We are a much older property, and we try our best to improve, but the cleanliness issues that you endured is unacceptable. The pool was great for the grandkids breakfast was good just had to get there early to get many options

The hotel was very clean and the people was nice and we enjoy the stay, but the breakfast could be better. everythink was good enjoy the stay

Did not clean room when we asked… Smelled bad…. Could not give us receipt when we checked out said computer was down… Had a curtain for a comforter and when I asked for blanket they gave me a rough blanket with cigarette burns in it… Construction all around hotel on the roads… When asked if we could have a cart to bring bags down was told … don’t know where they are you will have to search the floors to find one, I checked all 3 floors could not find one so had to make 3 trips from 3rd floor to bring mine and my elderly mothers things down….,

I had been a bit concerned by the online ratings so my wife and I found this place a pleasant surprise on the upside. Very nice staff, super easy check-in without a hitch, good value for money. Fresh-baked yummy cookies at check-in. Having a corner room at the end of the hall made things pretty quiet. The bathroom and amenities (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, ironing board and iron were all excellent. I think others might find the room a bit on the small side, but we felt it was fine. The size meant no closet, just hangar rack (which was fine for an overnight stay). The A/C - heater unit super-cooled the room, but it warmed quickly.

It was pretty decent location very friendly hotel employees, didnt stay dor breakfast was clean and the pool was open.

Absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the shower. My sheets were dirty. Staff is unhelpful, they don’t clean the rooms on the weekends? The floors in my room were sticky. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, the floor is caving in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
