The 2nd elevator was not working and that same elevator was not working when I stayed there 2 years ago

This was a terrific stay. The staff was very organized and helpful. The food and room service was terrific although a lil pricey.

Not very informative of thier parking policy. Gentlemen at valet made it sound like he was helping me out so i gave him cash then come to find out i get billed for it on my account for room.

Very nice hotel. Clean and Quiet. Close to Beale St. Hotel bar staff were amazing and very personable. Made the best Dirty vodka martini! Will definitely stay there again.
