The property was clean but staff were not friendly and the breakfast was ordinary

The property and service at the hotel is great. The breakfast however is awful. There are good breakfast places around. The dinner and lunch is good.

They tried to charge us double the Expedia rate on checkout. It was if they had never seen our Expedia reservation.

Staff was very stiff and it didn’t matter that I was Expedia platinum, I had to show them I was entitled to an uograde and even though a big hotel that didn’t seem bust nothing was offered until our last night so why move then. No complimentary water, coffee anything, really? BTW - I contacted Expedia for help and you were zero help with your chat bot and supposedly live chat. Travel is not what it used or bel. I could sacrifice amenity, but really appreciate respect of being good well travelled customer. Oh well.
