The outdoor area features the massive swimming pool with sunbeds, as well as a massive covered terrace, a relax area with sofas, and another equipped with table and chairs in order to enjoy outdoor meals.
The house has even got a terrace from where guest can be delighted by amazing sea views

Villa Neper rises in one of the most exclusive and quiet areas on the southeastern coast of Menorca: Cap d'en Font, near Binisafua beach.
Without any sort of doubt its location is one of the main features of the villa, since, travelling a very short distance you will find several spectacular bathing areas, known as "S'Escaló blanc".
The villa offers even stand up paddle boards to enjoy the sea.

Location
The villa is located in Cap d'en Font, very close to Binisafúa beach, one of the less touristy areas on the south-east coast of Menorca.
Close to several bathing areas and platforms (S'Escaló Blanc).
Since the area is very quiet and there are very few hotels, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an incredible vacation.

Rental rules
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 500.00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
