Sea Frontline House With 180 Degree Panoramic Sea Views

The house is ideal for up to 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquillity, snorkelling, diving, fishing or walking. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.
The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio with access to the upper terrace. The 2 houses are offered as a single unit. House Ficula A has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House Ficula B has 2 double bedrooms with one full bathroom. The kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows.

Up to 6 people, only Ficula Vell A is proposed and Ficula Vell B is not rented to preserve intimacy of the guests. Groups of 6 or less people willing to use Ficula Vell A and Ficula Vell B will be charged a supplement of 500 euros/week.
