Easy access to local facilities

We had a clean and comfortable house within 200m of a good supermarket and a few restaurants. The local property agents(Sun Villas) were extremely helpful as was the maintenanceman. The proximity of the lighthouse made for great sunset viewing and we were within easy reach of the centre of Cala 'n Bosch and Sa Xoriguer with a good variety of restaurants. The coastal footpath runs between the lighthouse and the other resorts. The city of Ciutadella is close by for a wider experience of island life. On the downside we were given the incorrect address in the information pack sent to us. The villa came poorly equipped - there was no welcome pack, and basic toiletries such as hand soap for each washing place, toilet rolls , no spare bin bags and a small amount of coffee and tea. and no pool towels. We discovered quickly that pool towels could be rented for our stay. Overall we can recommend the site although it is on a main road.

tres bon séjour

Location tres agréable et pratique. la clim fonctionne tres bien, dieu merci avec ces chaleurs. Tres propre. Tres bien placée pres de ciutadella. Possibilité de parking a cote ou devant la maison si voiture pas trop grande. route passagère devant la maison mais pas dérangeante. piscine agréable et jardin bien entretenu. supermarché à 5 mn a pied. seul bémol: le moteur de la piscine tres bruyant qui fonctionne toute la journée avec une pause entre 16h30 et 17h15. ce moteur est tout près de la terrasse. C'est très bruyant.
