The island’s historic capital, Ciutadella, can be reached within a short 10 minute drive or bus journey and is well worth a visit. This charming 3 bedroom villa has a private pool and lawned garden, providing plenty of space to relax, along with a fantastic poolside BBQ house and alfresco dining area. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
