We booked a last minute weekend in Mercer. I received a call right away the next morning letting me know our cabin was available to us for early check in. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4 and our dog. We loved how quiet and private it felt. We had plenty of space inside and out. The cabin was clean and had everything you would need for preparing meals just relaxing by the fireplace. The outside patio was nice along with all the green space to walk our dog. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time here.
Very peaceful. The cabin was immaculate. It was not the normal Northwoods decor, but was a nice change from the norm. Gas fireplace was a hit with my wife who is always cold. We were up on a hill with vacant cabins on either side of us. Our silver lab felt right at home.
Right on the atv trails was great. We parked our truck and trailer, and used our Polaris General for transportation and fun!
Beautiful, and great for a weekend birthday getaway! We enjoyed our stay - clean, comfortable, and could have our dog with us. We used the fire pit each morning, had it all to ourselves. Club 51 close by (walking distance) with wonderful food and drinks. B&B Adventures close by to rent utv, slingshot, pontoon boat, or snowmobile.
Loved our stay! We were there for an anniversary party as well as trail riding our UTV. Everything about the cabin was perfect! Right on the trail and still close to town. Full kitchen and cooking tools. Just stop at the grocery and get some food to cook. The only downside was WiFi is not good at all. But, we were up north so who cares!
Perfect stop for our exploring of the Upper Peninsula. Our dogs loved some time off leash enjoying nature. It was a good reset for them. Cabin was spotless. Beds comfy. Restaurants within a few miles. A highlight stop for us. Definitely recommend.
