The road is very loud and the room I had was a third story walk up. I didn’t realize it when I booked it. Was a real bummer to haul my heavy bag up after a long day of working.

Perfect! Convenient for us as a short stay. Owners were marvelous and offered wonderful breakfast. Just out of of town but conveniently close. Quiet and a perfect place to return to for fall foliage season!

Inn keeper was so accommodating, gave us plenty of ideas for fun in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, The Ballard House has been featured in the Yankee Magazine, a lot of history. Beautiful back deck with outstanding view of mountains.
