The restaurant was wonderful.
The property was beautiful but some of the villas need upkeep...Mirrors, refrigerator, toilet issues...

Publié le 18 janv. 2023 sur HotelsThe place was beautiful, the staff were really great. Fewer amenities than expected (they have a store where they sell most things). There's no phone in the room, but they will deliver to the room if you have a phone to call the restaurant. The pools are cold.
Google maps are very off in this area, and finding the hotel was quite difficult - if you're driving make sure you know how to get there, especially if you're driving at night.

Publié le 15 janv. 2023 sur HotelsTengo una observación muy importante. Se menciona tener Club de Playa, pero no hay tal cosa. En mi estancia me transportaron a una playita, con 5 camastros, no hay palapa, sombrilla ni ningún servicio. Realmente eso fue frustante. Esa playa sin ningún mantenimiento.
Otro problema fue no tener agua en la habitación una tarde. Tardaron más de una hora en arreglar.
La mañana siguiente sin agua caliente. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Nada agradable porque el clima estaba muy fresco por un frente frío.
Es un hotel hermoso y cómodo. Pero hay estos detalles que incomodan mucho al huésped y te sientes un tanto defraudado.
