Ya teníamos la habitación pagada y al llegar nos dieron un cuarto adaptado para silla de ruedas, pedimos cambio pero nos comentaron que ya habían dado todos los cuartos regulares. No tenía vidrio la regadera y se salía toda el agua al resto del baño dejandolo resbaloso.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Mérida. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. Highly recommended for families visiting Mérida!

Great room. Extremely big and had all of the amenities a condo would have. Kitchen was amazing with a stove, plates, cutlery etc. as well as free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
