-Bathroom in my room kept getting stuck every time I went open it. -Why do I need fill out information to use wi-fi when other hotels provide it for free as package deal when you place your reservation?

It looked like the room hadn’t be cleaned. Hair in the bathtub as well has bugs. Nightstand was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Couldn’t sleep because every time the elevator went up and down there was a loud squealing noise that you could hear clearly in our room. In addition, there were people yelling in the halls in the early morning. Finally, the front desk man working when we checked out was very nice but the lady that checked I is in was curt/rude.

We loved staying at this hotel, during our stay part of our sink broke and the staff handled the situation amazingly. I will definitely stay here again!!

No free continental breakfast, coffee was only offered to the public in the mornings and you had to pay to watch TV.
