I stayed on room 337. On the same day of arrival, I notified front desk my faucet was clogged. They sent maintenance up, stayed for a while and did not fix the issue. Spent five days washing my teeth in the shower. The room maid noticed it and didn’t do anything either. I let the manager know again on check out day about the issue so others don’t have to go through what I went through on my stay in that room.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooftop area are beautiful (although I didn’t spend much time in either. ). The hotel staff were all warm and hospitable. The location of this hotel is very central, located in the busy reforma area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
