Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Está muy bien ubicado, pero si necesita programar mejor su mantenimiento. No funcionaba el gym (no fue notificado). El elevador tampoco funcionó durante un rato. La habitación requiere de mayor limpieza, donde ponen las toallas esta sucio.

Disappointing / Vergonzoso

Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.

the hotel is in remodeling in trrible access conditions, full of dust, the most offensive thing i have found in a hotel is that they charge you 20 usd if you dont return the card key of the room, it is a total abuse, in my profesional business we are dedicated to card manufacturing for banking, hotels, telecom, etc. and the price of a hotel card is more or less .09 usd,
