Casa Comtesse was so charming! The staff was amazing, the complimentary breakfast every morning was the perfect start to the day. I loved how we were able to dine with other guests at the hotel and hear about their recommendations and travels. The concierges were all so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a unique b&b type of experience in a beautiful part of town, this place is perfect.

My husband and I loved this house!!!! So stylish and comfortable and classy. Very well cared for. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that it is setback from a busy road so if you want a more quiet experience ask for a room in the back.

The best place to stay in CDMX

I debated whether to even do this review so that the word wouldn't get out about how amazing this property is. From the minute we walked in the door, we were in love. Within 24 hours we knew we would never stay anywhere else in CDMX. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is top notch, and the little touches of art and design put this hotel over the edge. Historic building. Very nice complete breakfast. Hot water and fans to cool the spacious room. Excellent, helpful staff. The room door locks and bathrooms could be updated. Good area to walk to restaurants. My favorite close by restaurant is Le Capitol, but there are many others.
