The apartment itself is nice and adequately equipped. The neighborhood is good. However, the owners are unorganized and do not respond to inquiries quickly. Do not expect a hotel experience. The buildings grounds and entrance are in a shambles. We did not get check in instructions until about 30 minutes after we arrived despite attempts to contact the company. The front desk is simply a door man who has no information about the details of your stay. The internet that is connected to the apartment did not work, despite multiple attempts to contact the owners and fix the issue. They had me attempt to fix the internet to no avail and we just gave up after an hour trying. There is no heat or air conditioning in the apartment and no thermostat. The owners do not seem to really care much about resolving issues and were slow to answer texts. The owners are very amateur hosts. You’ve been warned.
