The security staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was VERY loud. I knew from reviews that it would be loud but even with earplugs we both had a hard time sleeping.

I would recommend this place for a couple or a small family. We loved the area and really appreciated the safe access to the building. The only complain is that they had two huge televisions but no remotes! When we asked we were told the reason they weren’t any was because people kept taking them. If you don’t want to give out remotes, then don’t advertise TV’s or at least give a discount. We were there for 5 nights with an 11yo who couldn’t watch anything. They are not that expensive, I’m sure they could be replaced easily. Besides that, lovely place.

Pros: Walkable distance to Angel de la Independence and local restaurants and other attractions. Cons: Not the quietest of locations the first 2 nights, Our apartment was missing a lot of utensils/bed sheets/duvet, kitchen faucet was falling apart, bathroom vanity isn’t convenient to place clean clothes to shower. And it was very inconvenient having to beg the security guy for blankets/sheets/utensils which he would hesitate to give us or take pictures of what he was handing us (very annoying). Oh and asking the security guy for trash bag to take out the trash because you don’t have room service until you've stayed for 6-7days. It was just annoying that for the price this apartment was mediocre and missing a lot of stuff. Would I stay there again Nooo. Surely you can find something more reasonable and nicer. I think for the price not worth it.

Great location. Walking distance to many sites and amenities. We felt very safe for our entire stay. Units are clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the roof top terace and hot tub, especially after long days of exploring the city. It was a bit noisy from the street but it didnt bother us (recommend putting on a white noise app if needed). We had a great stay and hope to be back again soon!

Our room was quite warm. The air conditioning worked but was insufficient. There was also a fan in the room but it did little to alleviate our discomfort. Staff, however, were quite friendly.

Terrible experience, not recommended at all. ZERO. They have NONE customer service oriented. Apparently, their only mission is to charge double or even triple charges for using a dirty room, with excessive heat and a lot of noise around. Their staff is trained not to provide any service to the guest. Regrettable.

Overall, my stay was decent. There were a few issues that would’ve made for a much better stay. 1.) A/C doesn’t work properly. It works, and it sure helps, but it doesn’t cool the room down as much as it should. 2.) The room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I noticed there were a lot of dust, long human hairs, and crumbs all over the room floor. I noticed then the first night when wearing socks and noticed that they were dirty from just walking inside the room. 3.) The mattress is awful! Our mattress is lopsided; One side was normal and the second side was sagging in. Mattress offered no support and was firm (or maybe past-due its lifespan). Pillows were not comfortable at all. 4.) Jacuzzi temperature was Luke-warm. I would have preferred hotter water. Property staff and security were super polite and helpful. We enjoyed the location. Despite being in the center of everything, the room was quiet at night.

We loved our stay at Casa Londres! Great location, very walkable to nearby restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet area, but just a short walk down it's a more lively neighborhood. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean. Staff was always friendly and welcomed and always greeted with a smile. Don't miss out on the tacos across the street by the 7/11!!

The staff was wonderful! We were there for a week. Had a 7 eleven across the street for whatever we needed. You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. We would absolutely stay there again.
