I loved it! It is really nice, has a starbucks on property, very clean and really good AC! Beds, restroom, and kitchen were well equipeped. Loved the location as well, front desk staff was great! The apartment was great, very comfortable with a lovely king sized bed and the added bonus of an additional bedroom. The only thing I found slightly annoying was the inability to adjust the aircon which was set to 26 degrees. The room as it didn’t have a balcony and we were able to open the window fully was a bit stuffy; however we were staying in Mexico when it was 31 degrees which is about as hot as it gets in the city. We live in Merida and suffer heats of 42 degrees so we are used to the heat but I think guests visiting from colder climates may suffer a bit from this. My recommendation would be fix the AC a bit lower maybe 23 or 24 degrees or allow guests the ability to adjust and turn on or off the AC. Nice fit out and great finishes applied throughout. Shower Head although it worked needed a bit of attention (cleaning out). Fabulous location within walking distance of la Roma Norte and the immediate Cibeles area, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Oxxo convenience store literally just round the corner for basic supplies. It would stay again but maybe in the cooler months…

Beautiful space very comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion I would have is request full body mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirrors were in the bathroom which was inconvenient when someone else is using the bathroom.

Loved the AC since CDMX was hot while we were there. The room is great for a couple or even a family of 4 (fold out sofa). The fridge was great to keep water cold. The location is great- lots of places around arw walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is great! It’s located in a safe and very walkable area, with loads of restaurants and cafe choices. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. One disappointment was our room’s door code didn’t work and it took two days to get a new one. The sheets did have some stains and some utensils were dirty upon our arrival. Besides that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

ULIV Cibeles is a good option for the price for Roma Norte area. The downsides: the rooms (and building) are bland, with floors made of fake wood and as other reviews have noted a surprising number of scuff marks on relatively new walls. But upsides are good: having a kitchenette with a kettle, glasses and bowls to make tea and oats for breakfast, fridge for dinner leftovers, a little bit of space at a table to eat. And bathroom shower was decent, and didn’t have the sewage smell of most older hotels. For public areas, not much of a lobby and then the open air terrace was never populated while I was there, and though the gym was not so equipped it was certainly usable and saw a few other people there. At 2000 Mexican peso or us$100 / night it seemed worthwhile.
