Poor experience. Pros the location was excellent and the AC worked incredibly well. The floor in our room was incredibly dirty. Doors showed hand prints and smudges. When the kids ran around barefoot their feet would be black. The “game rooms” was a complete embarrassment for ULIV. A crappy TV, dart board and basketball game. None usable unless you went downstairs to the desk where they demanded two physical passports to get the equipment. What a ridiculous policy. My next stay will definitely NOT be a ULIV property.

Overall, it was OK. The cassette A/C was located directly above the bed, which wasn’t ideal. There was no daily room cleaning, you have to pay housekeeping cost of 400 pesos if you want for each cleaning. Other than that, the location was good and the room was overall fine.

I truly enjoy staying at this specific location, it is near tons of good restaurants and in a clean and friendly neighborhood. The rooms and amenities are on point! Also, the staff is very welcoming, Edmundo, Fernanda and the rest of the team make me feel at home every time I visit.
