Spacious and clean apartment, there is WINN-DIXIE grocery store close by. Safe neighborhood and 15 minutes walk to a very nice area with many restaurant.

Average Condo but sketchy area

The area of this condo is sketchy at best. I didn't feel safe leaving on foot with my granddaughter during the day and definitely not at night. The night guard did not speak any english, so we had a hard time communicating. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to check in (park in visitor spot first to get to room, then move car to basement parking space after getting to room). There was only 1 room key and 1 FOB for parking and door access (should be 2). No parking pass was needed, but we didn't know that until we got to the room and found none. We had to call the owner to find this out. The beds are a bit hard but ok enough. The master shower makes serious noise at first. They have a TV with different apps, but unless you have subscriptions to them, you are very limited to what you can watch. If these things don't matter to you, then the place was decent. They do not allow children, but the owner did allow us to bring my 3 month old granddaughter.

Clean, comfortable, quiet but offensive odor

Condo type Property has nice accommodations including secure parking, 3 tvs and kitchen. I was trying to work during the day for a week and others were quiet. There was some type of odor from the ventilation system or the condo in general. A fragrance was attempting to mask but unsuccessful. It did not bother my wife but she was not there for the time i was. A shorter stay could be fine. Hair dryer was broken and owner provided a new replacement but took a couple days. Paper products were in short supply and no soap for the dishwasher. We purchased what we needed.. Overall a good just not great experience.

The unit was centrally located for our needs and accessible to gocery store and otger shopping nearby. The buiding snd apartment were very clean and quiet. The owner was always available to answer any questions and made our stay pleasant. Without hesitation we would stay there again.

Very nice stay in Miami

The apartment was all we needed to spend our vacations visiting Miami and our relatives in Coral Gables. It was very confortable, nice attention from Javier, and very good location to access many places. We will sure repeat if we come back to Miami.

good location for the things we did in Miami

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to grab a few groceries at the nearby grocery store and prepare a few meals at the apartment. As other reviews mentions the parking is a little tricky, but if you have a smaller car it's not an issue.

Perfect for a long weekend

This worked well for a few days prior to leaving on a cruise. Not far from the free trolly to take downtown, and a couple of blocks from a grocery store. Beds were not super comfortable, but manageable for 3 nights.

Everything was really good in this apartment! The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! Everything was super tidy too. Only thing that we didn't like was the parking space you have. It is located in a garage, but the space itself is very small if you have a bigger car. It fits, but you have to do a lot of work to get in there since you are driving on a ramp with metal edges that your car has to fit in. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone! Thanks again for having us! :)

I have stayed here several times. The accommodations are great, the location is convenient the building is nice. The only concern I have is the parking arrangement. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get the vehicle into. I've damaged two cars already. I would like to be able to park the vehicle in a different location.

Coral Gables stay

Our family had a great stay over the New Year’s weekend. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, although there are a chain of steps to get parked and into the apartment. Javier, the host, was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to the stay and during check in. The parking is in the underground garage, and takes some maneuvering to get into the spot. The apartment was clean, and well stocked, with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. available for use. The only thing we needed that wasn’t there was sugar/sweetener for coffee. I would stay here again, and recommend it for others.

Miami Comfort

The apartment was comfortable and allowed us to relax during our entire trip. It had all the comforts we needed to feel at home. Also it is centrally located between Miami Beach and MIA, along with close to University of Miami area and Biltmore area.
