Nothing crazy but perfect.
Posted Apr. 8, 2024 on HomeAwayHad a 1 week stay here and this place was pretty much prefect. Small front house with everything needed, all the basics and The green/orange line on the corner giving you easy access to the airport and downtown. The whole place was clean and kinda cute. Could hear the back house through the walls sometimes but didn't bother me much. Nothing too crazy but perfect for a couple friends enjoying a week in Miami.

Mother was in a life and death accident on the way down to the property.

Posted Mar. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayThe only difficulty we had was at check in. I’m not sure who was at fault.
The arrival instructions contained the wrong entry code.
The phone number for the host was wrong. We called VRBO and they called the host with us on the line so we could get the correct code.
We got the code but witnessed an argument between the host and VRBO.
Everything else was great!
I do recommend it.

Posted Mar. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayVery clean, well kept property. Quit neighborhood. Main route leading to property looked run down & a bit sketchy but, the rental itself was fine. Had everything we needed, witht he exception of a toaster. Would stay here again.

Felt like prison
Posted Feb. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayInside was nicely renovated. Metrorail was at the end of the street. All windows and doors were barred and there wasn't a chair to sit outside. Depressed neighborhood. I was afraid to walk outside by myself. Not worth the money.

Thank you for staying but I dont understand why were you afraid to walk outside? Thats not a reason to leave a 2 star review. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful not depressed. Again thank you for your stay.

Posted Jan. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayAll was great however the ad stated sleeps 5 people. We assumed the 5th person would sleep on the sofa but it is not long enough for a 12 year old. This place is perfect for 4 people and is close to everything!

Posted Dec. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayThe check in process was a little hectic due to minor error however, Chris was accommodating, and communication was professional. Home was gated, 15 minute ride to south beach, all amenities in order, tv easy to operate, and basic essentials were provided. I will be back and would definitely recommend. Thank you Mr. Chris

Refund needed
Posted Nov. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayPlease check messages from home owner to me, We had a problem with the sewer backing up into the Shower Monday morning, the owner insisted we did something wrong. We had the place rented until Tuesday but checked out yesterday afternoon at 2 pm since the plumber had just shown up and none of us had been able to shower and needed to for a event and had to rent another place. I would definitely like a refund for yesterday's stay and would like some compensation for the hassle. The home owner actually asked us to pay part of the $350 it costs to unplug his sewer line, the plumber started immediately when he walked in it a was main line issue.

Customers was filthy, discourteous and decided to clog up toilet bowl upon checkout to try and get a refund. VRBO, Was notified before their checkout. We Checked cameras, customer urinated outside. Did not follow any house rules and made no contact after plumber found out they clogged up the toilet bowl. I Will never let them stay at my place again. They Will not get a refund for doing scams like this. Place never had a toilet issue. Not one. Fraud claims were planned ahead of time. We caught it.

The area was very quiet and the house was very cozy. Modern decor and very comfortable beds. Will stay again
