Overpriced. Room was dirty, tv didn’t work, floors were wet and sticky when we entered. There were also suspicious stains on our comforter and chickens directly outside our window which woke us up bright and early. No reason for this to be priced at what it is. The photos on the website paint a totally different picture than the truth. Wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed here for one night while on a long transit between NYC and the Caribbean. The stay was comfortable, the check in was smooth and the staff were nice. Comfortable bed. Decor and furniture are dated, but I think that's part of the point given the historical nature of the hotel. Bathroom didn't have any soap and bottles of water were not complimentary. Would stay here again for a night or two, but far from luxury.

It was mentioned that there would be free breakfast, but when we asked about it, they gave reasons such as the stock room where the food is being closed. I also felt uncomfortable with the bed because something bit me and it’s itchy. There is a microwave to heat food, but no dining table is provided. There is also no soap holder in the shower room, and one of the towels has a rip in it. While we were sleeping late in the evening, there was loud drilling on the wall. We were shocked because it was unusual—we even thought it sounded like a gun, so we were scared.

The staff was great both times we stayed. I also received treats being that was on Halloween, The rooms we spotless. It actually felt like staying in my own room at home. I asked for things to do around the area and the staff didn't disappoint. My son, nephew, and I went to visit the art wall. We enjoyed ourselves. This will be our home away from home.

Okay, here isy honest feedback for this hotel. It's a basic hotel to sleep and take a shower. That's it. It's an old building that has had some remodeling like fresh paint but it still smells musty or smoky. The staff are super friendly! My room was decent but I didn't have any shampoos or soap.

The staff was SO nice. Zoe especially with telling me about what's to do in the area. Hotel has a rich history, definitely ask the staff about it! Rooms were clean and very nice looking. Water was hot, pressure could be better though. Beds were comfortable but slightly too firm..AC was really cold but easily adjustable. Overall very nice hotel and definitely recommend. A+
