Room was good, check in ridiculously slow. For a hotel of that size, there should be 2 or 3 people working the counter, not ONE poor guy. Took 20+ minutes to check in. The pool in the morning was coldish (70-75), NOT 'heated" as advertised. Breakfast was NOT " replenished" in a timely fashion, though we got there before 9. Had to wait 30+ minutes or more for fresh sausages and eggs, , which had been stale and dry when we got there at 8:45. Get there early for fresh hot breakfast, or it dries up and not replaced until 9:30. Also, IF you have van or RV, WATCH OUT for low clearance 9' overhead passes!

This hotel is extremely clean inside and out . Wonderful breakfast and the staff is over the top . What makes it even better is the price . Wow 5 star hotel , heated pool , clean linens , clean rugs and floors and the beds amazing !!!

My toilet kept clogging up and the toilet seat was peeling and looked very nasty. I had to re clean the hotel myself, which I don’t do often so I ran outta cleaning stuff. They gave really tiny bar soap to shower and the same one to wash your hands. AND mini shampoo and conditioners from a brand I didn’t recognize so I didn’t bother using. The vibes from the hotel services were okay. The breakfast was cool depending on the days.The people who were also staying there made me feel uncomfortable many times. The hotel is right next to a big plaza which was the only good thing. It had Publix, marshal, madrag, home goods, pet store, Taco Bell, Starbucks, polo tropical. Would I stay here again. No but every experience is a keeper for me.

Should be called a motel instead of hotel because that’s what it seems like. But my stay was not that great. They were doing loud construction outside the whole time we were there. Every night all throughout the night. The place was just ghetto and will never stay there again. The cleaning crew was nice tho
