We always return to Grand Beach when in Miami. Resort fee could give access to more ammenities.

The new management is very different than the old management. Since the new management came along in about January of 2025 things are very different. I miss my old Grand Beach style! My friends have all been saying they found new Hotels. Its such a shame because the actual grounds are nice, however the air conditioner in my room didn't work and there were bugs in the ice room ( last time I came there were bugs in my room). Rubin still works the front desk and he was super helpful but wasn't there the day I came . There was one other person who tried to help at the desk but overall the new people seem to have attitudes- maybe they are going through very rough times who knows: I loved this Hotel for many years for their level of service and positivity-but that does not seem important to the New management. I am hoping things may improve upon them seeing that their long time guest are not happy with this new attitude that is unpleasant for all. Wishing you all the best wishes and hopefully things will change moving forward!

Anniversary stay

Recently went for our anniversary and the brand os always great. The cleanliness was great the service was amazing staff goes above and beyond. The hotel had some older guests that treated staff very rude but despite that, the staff always remained happy and professional. The hotel was able to provide our request, bed was confortable and clean rooms. Only negative is that its understaffed especially in the bar and outside bar area staff did the best they could though. Also wish they had some late night bites or even a place for snacks
