it was good but not a 4 star experience, it is too expensive for what it offers, en especially the restaurant is quite bad and very expensive

The bedding was flimsy and thin. Definitely a bit dated. The property was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I would stay there.

Digital check in and room keys prior to arrival. Nice! Our extended stay proved our experience wasn’t a fluke. Great hospitality and all around service. 2 pools with plenty of seating plus the beach and Hiltons amenities there were second to none! Free beach chairs along with bikes. Very well ran property. Thank you Hilton for the great experience.

If you want to be right on the beach with pool options, hot tub and gym then this is a right place. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is very nice and helpful!

There were no drinking glasses in the room, it was noisey at night, I received a key to a room that was already occupied and then had to wait 45 minutes after the "guaranteed" check in time for a vacant room. This was despite of the fact that I asked for an early check in time at the time of booking. I did receive a voucher for a continental breakfast at the hotel restaurant for having to wait so long for a vacant room, but the attitude of customer service at the front desk was very sub par. Also, the bathroom towels were small. I could probably go on and on about the substandard service at this hotel. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.
