The room was spacious spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is beautifully kept and the grounds are gorgeous. Also, it is very family friendly and our kids had so much fun at the pools and the Slides. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would definitely book this hotel again.

Great rooms and staff accommodated us as we had three rooms. Made sure we had adjoining and the third nearby. Food at restaurant is very good and all services were efficient and friendly. If I had to say anything that they could improve on it would be a shorter wait time for the valet of the car when requesting it. Overall, a great property and highlyl recommend it.

Really nice hotel overall. The check-in process itself was fast and easy, which I appreciated. However, I didn’t like how the parking situation was handled during check-in. I had to leave the car near the lobby while I went inside, parked beside another unattended vehicle, so there wasn’t much room to position my car differently. My spouse and children were waiting in the vehicle. A member of the valet staff asked my wife to move the car, but she couldn’t at the moment because she was caring for our 6-month-old baby and 2-year-old. The valet then went ahead and moved the car himself. He was polite about it, but I don’t think anyone should move a vehicle while a family is still inside. When we got to our room, we realized it wasn’t the room I had originally reserved. After bringing my family there, I had to go back to the lobby to request the correct room and then move my family and belongings to another room in a different tower. I also parked the car myself, which was fine since I prefer not to use valet and like to park on my own. However, I ended up bringing all of the luggage to the room by myself because no one really offered to help. By the time someone finally did, I was on my last trip from the car to the room, so there wasn’t much left to carry. The staff was always nice, but overall, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

Great buffet breakfast!! Lovely pool area, nice service and great location to Aventura Mall. Water park for kids looked great too.

The front desk staff attitude not even good as a coffee shop cashier, cold and arrogant! room is bigger enough, however. Very old style and the amenities in the hotel are old, not cleaning enough. Hotel main entrance looks great! Location is great! Just walk distance to the Aventura Mall.
