Installation très bien!.
Prix des restaurants exagérés. 3 Pina Colada 100$ CAN.
Trop achalandé en plus des Congrès. Beaucoup trop de monde.
À certain moment, odeur de Pot dans la ventilation climatisée dans la chambre.

Have stayed in Phoenix and Orlando JWs - love them both. Turnberry is not in their league.

Did not live up to expectations
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe were excited to try this hotel after a few people mentioned how great it was for families. Unfortunately, we were disappointed across many areas. First, the service was terrible. We had issues across almost every area - the bellhop, housekeeping, valet, food service. For example, when we arrived it took 1.5 hours for our bags to arrive to our room. After calling multiple times (and having to wait 10+ minutes to even get someone on the phone), I had asked for a manager to call me and that never happened. It seemed no one cared that we had been let down by the service, they just kind of accepted that's why it was. Secondly, the water park was great for the kids but way too crowded and not kept clean. They sell day passes and they seriously overcrowd that place so it is not relaxing whatsoever. For the amount of money we spent, we will definitely take it elsewhere for a future family vacation.

There was a huge wedding and then a conference during our whole stay which made everything very cluttered and busy. Also, the valet scratched my car and wouldnt clean it for 3 days

VIP pool ice cold during our 11 day stay and manager promised to look after us which was a big lie and charges us full for every day ... $1600 per day pure rip off
