I only stayed for one night but the room was clean and most efficient for my needs. Refrigerator, table with 2 chairs and one upholstered chair. The bath and hand towels are thick. Two night stands and a bed headboard that served lighting needs for the room quite nicely. Enjoyed my short stay and would come again. The self check-in is efficient.

Charming hotel. My room (suite) was huge! Centrally located. Like many Miami Beach hotels, street noise can drift into the room. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Clean room. Check in, not so good. Code to front gate did not work. And, they are a virtual check in/front desk property so, nobody here to help you. It takes 20 mins to get an answer about anything. Thank God, the restaurant allowed me to enter through their property. Otherwise, I’d still be standing there, punching in codes and pulling on the door. And when I report it, the answer I get is “sometimes when you punch the code in too many times in a row it doesn’t open.” Well, fix that sh*t so this doesn’t happen. And I wanted to store my luggage. 20 minutes on hold to get an answer about that while I waited in the lobby. Because, of course, there’s nobody here to help you! Hire someone to be here to help people!

Room was not clean, sheets had stain. Everything was cheap like bought from Temu. No staff, and just check out their replies to reviews. They only say "We will make sure it does not happen again" In fact they won't do anything about it.

It wasn’t clean. It was very dusty and they didn’t clean the dead spiders under the bed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. They have the audacity to collect a security deposit here!! The remote batteries died and we didn’t have tv all morning bc no one would come to our room. The tv relies on WiFi and the signal was poor when it did work. The sofa bed was broken and apparently no rooms to switch to. They knew it was broken and didn’t say anything before check in. A terrible stay. Thankfully only one night. Do not recommend. They gave me back 30% of my room rate. Didn’t amount to much co soldering all We dealt with.

You need improve the check-in process it took me hours for 3 rooms also the parking area around property is the place where all homeless stayed for 2 nights make noise and scare me and my family and the hallways needs renovations so badly

The location is very convenient. The room I stayed in is perfect. It was a king suit. Had a great view, spacious,had a fridge. Very comfortable bad with very comfortable pillows. The housekeeping was great and very polite. I appreciate Maria,the head of housekeeping very much,she is a polite beautiful person. The other housekeeper that worked on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday was also great and very helpful. Maintenance person was quick on responding to a small issue in the kitchen. Honestly this place felt like home,and I appreciate that. Thank you guys you were great🔥
