Guest Access:
The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the buildingâs front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters â whether itâs relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.

Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.
PARKING RULES
*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
