The smell of the dirty carpet and the burnt iron spot on carpet. Very unclean and not a safe area to stay and no wash cloths in room. I request another room but it was smelled so bad it was worse 😫 😩

They rob my money . Jacuzzi doesn't work. Bedroom dirty.... everything no good. Its so expensive.

Not so good stay
Posted Jan. 28, 2024 on HotelsThere was a blood spot on the sheets, roaches crawking around. No wash clothes, we had to go to the front desk 4 times throughput our 2 nights stay because the key wouldn't open the door. No phone in the room.

Grounds falling apart, interior nothing like pictures, stairwell smelled like a mixture of urine and sweat fermented to perfection, room smelled like an ashtray, brown/red stains on bathroom walls that could be feces, blood, or both. Surprised the rooms aren’t rented by the hour. Random people under the influence of illicit drugs “hanging” around the parking lot. We had to find somewhere else to stay on short notice due to the filthy and apparently unsafe conditions

I checked in and checked out did not even stay 20 min the room was beyond nasty. When I opened the door I got hit with a cloud of chlorine and they had cockroach shells on the walls.

No no rugs after you shower some dusty, musty shower curtain full of mold, front desk, rude rude you have a coffee maker in the king suite but no coffee or cream or sugar or anything and the tub. Looks like if you get in it, you’re gonna catch an STD !
