Absolutely awful don’t recommend staying her at all a group of 10 of us had all of our rooms canceled on us without notice. We got to the hotel at 1 am to find out no rooms. The manager was absolutely not willing to work with us. I had a young daughter and a daughter that’s handicapped. Jose treated us so bad. Then come to find out they charged my cards for rooms we didn’t even get. Never have I ever felt so defeated

Room fairly good condition and staff courteous and accommodating. Good location as it’s close to fast foods and restaurants. Had quite a bit of a long walk to get to the pedestrian to cross to the other side where the fast foods and restaurants are located. A little hard to arrange for shuttle pick up from airport to hotel as there’s no set time for shuttle service. You’d have to call them to let you know you’re ready for pickup and it took some time for the shuttle to come. The driver Jose was very courteous, polite, apologetic and engaging. He made up for the long wait.

To begin with, one of the beds in the room we were originally given wasn’t made looked like someone had gotten up from the bed leaving hair strands. Trash can was filled with trash, ceiling was leaking. We were given another room where the toilet stopped flushing at times. Mini fridge in the room did not work as it leaked a lot of water. Not a very pleasant smell entering the property and walking through the hallways, smelled like mildew. I was not satisfied with this property.

Receptionists were friendly and informative. Easy check- in and check out. Hotel/ room was clean and smelled good. Only got 4 stars instead of 5 because the bed was uncomfortable for me personally. Other than that I felt safe, there was ample parking, steady wifi and convenient location for major shopping hubs. I was able to also order an item and have my package shipped to the hotel during my stay and the receptionist accepted it and kept it safe, with no holding fee. Overall great stay for just passing through Miami like I did!

My stay at Signature Inn Miami was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The staff, both at the front desk and in other service areas, were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help or explain anything I needed. Their professional and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
