The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a modern, airy design that makes every space feel spacious and inviting. In house restaurants are nice and prices are not more expensive than some outside restaurants we tried. Some free stuff come with the resort fee but not so much! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Ocean view is great. Overall it is worth the price for sure.

No refund, no credit!! Beware!

My flights were canceled due to “operating issues” so I never arrived at me destination. Hotels.com said they would advocate on my behalf with the W Hotel. I am told the W denied my request for a refund. How do I even really know they tried to negotiate? I have no proof really. I at the very least would like a credit from Hotels.com which I will fight for. Buyer beware!! If you are using a 3rd party to book your stay and something goes wrong, you will most likely be paying anyway.
