I have travelled extensively never ever have l been told on day it was 34c the Air Conditioning was broken in our room that they had no other accommodation as hotel was booked. I explained l booked this hotel because of the air conditioning six months prior to coming due fact l have a lung disease. I was then told 15 minutes later that they did have another room two rooms down and we could move to this room reassured the A/C worked. The room was not clean the shower still had the shampoo from the prior guest. The shower, the sink, the floor with dirty, the toilet was dirty.. and the air conditioning never dropped below 23 Celsius in the room. When we reported these conditions to the front desk, they simply said they were full. And that they could give us bottle wine for the inconvenience. Clearly, they have not learned anything from Covid and clean conditions for people to stay in. After I had spent over $350 for a room with no air conditioning, and was offered a bottle wine for the deficiencies. I don’t drink. So clearly l received no compensation. Clearly the management had no interest in our health and safety.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to the standard that you are used to from our hotel. I can imagine the inconvenience of a not functioning airconditioning during these hot days. Our staff was unable to detect what was wrong with it at t he time. Due to an early departure we where able to move you to another room, which was quickly cleaned by our F&B staff as the housekeeping had already left the hotel. We where under the impression at the time that the problem was solved. The next day during check-out we heared that the cleaning was not up to standard and that the airconditioning in the new room did not manage to reach the requested temperature. Unfortunately at that moment we where not able to do any more about it. We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive the service that you are used to from our hotels and ofcourse hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Suzanne

Extremely modern and well kept facilities. Friendly staff and convenient location. No complaints at all.

The general condition of the interior was excellent in the whole hotel. The lobby and bare is very cozy. The rooms are large including the bathroom.
