The beds are so hard , it is not comfortable to sleep. Everything else was a 100 percent 5 star. We hurt everyday due to the beds

We were not able to make phone calls on our cell phones in the room. We both got messages that we could only make emergency calls. I went outside through the pool area early this morning in order to make a call. Breakfast food items were good, but we were disappointed that there was not a hot egg option. We do love this property and its beauty. Staff is friendly.

When we first checked in, they gave us a really small room next to the restrooms. They were no way near the elevator, which was requested, our room smelled bad and mildewy because of the restrooms next door. We called the front desk, they eventually gave us a new room. It was a great room. We appreciated the move. I had a wonderful time spending time with my friend who has stage 4 cancer. I love this place.
